We’re backing the national apprenticeship scheme by supporting two members of our team through their training in accountancy and business administration. Victoria Staszynska starts her level 3 business administration this month and Hollie Cottam starts her level two account finance assistant.
Our founder and CEO, Cassandra Zanelli, has previously worked with both Vicky and Hollie, is delighted to help them continue with their career development.
“I’m a massive supporter of apprenticeships. Having apprentices adds a healthy dynamic to the team. Traditional routes to qualification aren’t for everyone and the apprenticeship “learn and earn” model gives people options in terms of training and qualifications.
I’ve been really proud of how well Vicky and Hollie doing, and how much they’re progressing. They’re both enthusiastic and ambitious, and I hope to be part of their ongoing development. We’re a growing team and I’m a massive fan of growing our own. Their apprenticeships are the next stage in their burgeoning careers. No doubt there’ll be more to come from them and this is just the next stage of a career path for them both.”
Vicky believes apprenticeships are undervalued but she says that following this route has enabled her to:
“progress and develop personal and working skills suited to my job role as a legal secretary. I have been able to build relationships with my colleagues, as well as gain qualifications whilst working. I am looking forward to completing my level 3 qualification and working along Cassandra and our team of professionals at Property Management Legal Services Limited.”
Hollie is “super-excited” to be a part of the Property Management Legal Services team and start her new career in accounts.
“I’m looking forward to starting my Level 2 accounts finance assistant apprenticeship having recently completed my level 2 in business admin,” she said.
