The Property Management 50 Awards recognise and celebrate excellence in residential property management.

Having twice been awarded the accolade of industry legend in 2019 and 2020, we’re delighted to announce that our CEO, Cassandra Zanelli, has been invited to judge this year’s awards.

Alongside Michael Howard, Matthew Mackintosh, Samantha Massey and Rajeev Nayyar, Cassandra is one of five judges who will have the privilege of judging the 2021 awards

 

Award categories and criteria

Nominations are open from 4th May until 18th June in the following categories:

  • Property managers
  • Build to rent
  • Influencers
  • Legends
  • Rising stars
  • Suppliers

Each category in the Property Management 50 will have its own score sheet, but the judges will be looking at the following criteria where relevant:

  • Leadership
  • Innovation
  • Industry Engagement
  • Transformation
  • Impact
  • Creativity
  • Growth
  • Development
  • Customer Service
  • Client Relationships

And the lucky winners will be announced on 23rd July.  Good luck everyone!
