Our trainee solicitor, Olivia, is law graduate, specialising in leasehold litigation.
Olivia is currently studying for her master of laws. Her dissertation focuses on the consequences of ground rent obligations for homeowners and whether such ground rents can be justified. Her dissertation analyses the extent to which the impacts of “onerous” ground rents have been addressed through legislative and non-legislative means.
In her spare time, Olivia enjoys cooking and dreams of winning Masterchef one day…..
